Email Marketing Specialist – USA Packaging Campaign

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize email campaigns for our USA Packaging Campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and customer engagement within the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns targeting US customers
• Develop compelling email copy, subject lines, and CTAs
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation workflows
• Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, and conversions
• A/B test email content to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and email marketing best practices
• Coordinate with sales and design teams for campaign alignment

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Email Marketer or Email Marketing Specialist
• Experience running campaigns for the US market (mandatory)
• Strong copywriting skills in English
• Hands-on experience with email tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
• Knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimization
• Understanding of email compliance laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR basics)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or B2B campaigns
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Experience with cold email outreach for US businesses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
