We’re hiring a performance focused Cold Email Outreach Specialist to build, manage, and scale outbound email programs across both B2B and B2C segments. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, owning campaigns from initial planning through optimization and reporting, while partnering closely with marketing and sales to drive pipeline growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute outbound email campaigns using platforms such as Instantly.io, Smartlead.io, Manyreach or similar solutions.
- Create compelling messaging angles, value propositions, and structured outreach sequences tailored to different audience segments.
- Identify and segment target audiences; source qualified leads through tools like Apollo.io, Clay.com or equivalent platforms.
- Oversee domain setup, inbox rotation, warming processes, and deliverability best practices to protect sender reputation.
- Track, interpret, and improve key metrics including open rates, reply rates, click-through rates, and booked meetings.
- Continuously test subject lines, copy, targeting, and sending strategies to maximize campaign ROI.
- Ensure outbound initiatives align with overall revenue goals and integrate seamlessly with sales workflows.
- Maintain compliance with relevant email marketing regulations across B2B and B2C campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated success managing cold email campaigns, ideally for US-based audiences.
- Clear evidence of measurable results (e.g., conversion rates, booked calls, revenue impact).
- Deep understanding of email infrastructure, deliverability, and anti-spam standards.
- Practical experience using Instantly.io, Smartlead.io, and lead data tools such as Apollo.io, Clay.com.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and meet performance targets.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in agency environments or experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Exposure to multi-channel outbound strategies (e.g., LinkedIn outreach, cold calling).
- Proven ability to scale and refine campaigns across both B2B and B2C markets.
