What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Configure and manage secure email systems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
• Implement and maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC policies
• Monitor and respond to phishing, spam, and malware threats
• Analyze email security incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Manage email security gateways (e.g., Proofpoint, Mimecast)
• Enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and email encryption policies
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve threat detection and response
• Conduct phishing simulations and user awareness training
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
