Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain email systems and server infrastructure
• Configure and troubleshoot email accounts, domains, and DNS records
• Ensure uptime, security, and performance of IT systems
• Monitor servers, backups, and system health regularly
• Support users with email and IT-related technical issues
• Implement security protocols (spam filtering, encryption, access control)
• Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and integrations
• Document configurations, processes, and technical procedures
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed
• Respond to incidents and resolve technical issues promptly

Skills for Email / IT Infrastructure Roles

• Email system administration (Microsoft 365, Exchange, Gmail Workspace)
