The Role

Your Mission

• Brand Stewardship: Maintain a consistent, professional, and sophisticated tone of voice across all correspondence.
• Workflow Integration: Collaborate with our technical and creative teams to report recurring issues and improve the user journey.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure all client interactions are meticulously logged within our CRM system.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in professional email support, copywriting, or high-end customer service.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
• Tech Literacy: Proficiency in G-Suite, Zendesk (or similar ticketing systems), and CRM platforms.
• Language: Native-level fluency in English. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a major plus in our multicultural environment.
