Email Systems Director

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Email Systems Director to oversee email infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and optimize email delivery and security. This role is responsible for managing platforms, improving performance, and supporting business communication needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee email systems, servers, and communication platforms
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of email services
• Manage email delivery, filtering, and anti-spam systems
• Lead and manage IT/email support teams
• Implement and maintain email policies, compliance, and data protection
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
• Manage vendors, tools, and system upgrades
• Support integration with other enterprise systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in email systems, IT infrastructure, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of email platforms (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace)
• Experience with email security, spam filtering, and compliance standards
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR24,000.00 per month
