Role Overview

We are looking for an Email Systems Director to lead and manage our email infrastructure and services. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in enterprise email platforms, cybersecurity, and IT operations. You will be responsible for shaping Filtrmail Solutions’ email strategy, ensuring system reliability, and driving innovation in communication technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for enterprise email systems and services.
• Oversee email infrastructure, filtering technologies, and cloud-based platforms.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, cybersecurity standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and client teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor KPIs, system performance, and user satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Represent Filtrmail Solutions in industry forums and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in email systems or infrastructure leadership.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise email platforms (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace), filtering technologies, and cloud solutions.
• Proven track record of managing secure and scalable email systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Pay: Up to RO1,600.000 per month
