Role Overview

We are looking for an Email Systems Manager to manage and maintain our enterprise email systems. This role requires a professional with expertise in email platforms, cybersecurity, and IT operations. You will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, enhancing security, and supporting KL-Mailer’s mission to deliver seamless communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise email systems and infrastructure.
• Oversee email filtering, spam protection, and cloud-based messaging platforms.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, cybersecurity standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and client teams to deliver tailored email solutions.
• Monitor KPIs, system performance, and user satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement proactive system improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and technical resources.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to technical support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in email systems administration or IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise email platforms (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace), filtering technologies, and cloud solutions.
• Experience with cybersecurity protocols and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
