Embedded Software Development Engineer

Position: Embedded Software development Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Embedded Software Engineer to execute complete embedded software development lifecycle for development of embedded software in close collaboration with customer & hardware engineers to make sure the final product operates seamlessly.

Qualification:-BE/B Tech/ MSc in Computer/ Electronics

Experience:- 8 to 10 years

Job Description: -

1.) Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment,

2.) Design, develop, code, test and debug system software,
Review code and design, Experience with driving power electronics like IGBT for motor driving in firmware,

3.) Analyse and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources,
4.) Integrate and validate new product designs,
Support software QA and optimize I/O performance,
5.) Provide post production support,
6.) Interface with hardware design and development,
7.) Assess third party and open source software.
8.) Software Improvements in existing products,
Able to designing and building hardware required for testing software,
9.) Troubleshooting and debugging performance issues,
Able to operate & maintain software development tools & test equipment.

Skill Requirement

• Proven working experience in software engineering,
• Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets,
• Solid programming experience in C or C++,
• Proven experience in embedded systems design with pre-emptive, multitasking real-time operating systems, Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review,
• Excellent knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces and hardware subsystems, Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components Electronic Circuit testing & analysis,
• Familiarity with a wide range of hardware devices like TI controllers,
• Understanding of embedded software, Strong documentation and writing skills development, Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Strong problem-solving skills,
• Strong multitasking skills,
• Ability to work well in a team environment,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
