Embroidery Designer & Customer Service Specialist

Kensington Valley Varsity (KVV) is a fast-growing apparel and decoration company specializing in embroidery, screen printing, and custom design. Position Overview

We are seeking an Embroidery Designer & Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating embroidery artwork using Wilcom software for our production team, as well as meeting with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the design process.

Graphic design experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Create embroidery-ready artwork and digitized files using Wilcom software.
• Work directly with customers to gather design requirements, take notes, and ensure their vision is accurately captured.
• Collaborate with the embroidery production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in designs to meet quality standards.
• Assist with customer service tasks, including order updates and design approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience with Wilcom software or embroidery digitizing (preferred, but training available).
• Graphic design background or familiarity with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to take direction, and excellent note-taking skills.
• Task-oriented and highly organized.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
