Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Digitizer / Punching Operator who can translate artwork and design concepts into clean, accurate, and production-ready embroidery files. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in embroidery punching, stitch setup, and embroidery software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digitize embroidery designs from artwork, sketches, or digital files
• Create, edit, and optimize embroidery punching files for production
• Set correct stitch types, stitch density, underlay, and thread paths
• Ensure design accuracy, consistency, and high-quality embroidery output
• Adjust designs according to fabric type, garment placement, and sampling feedback
• Coordinate with design and production teams to meet brand standards
• Troubleshoot embroidery issues and refine designs for better results
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Embroidery Digitizer / Punching Operator
• Strong hands-on experience with embroidery software such as Wilcom, Tajima, or Pulse (preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of stitch settings, punching techniques, and design accuracy

Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience as an Embroidery Digitizer / Punching Operator in the apparel industry.

Education:

• Diploma or certification in Embroidery, Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
• OR equivalent hands-on experience in embroidery digitizing

Mon - Fri 09:00 - 06:00 PM

Alternate Saturday 09:00 - 05:00 PM
