Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Embroidery Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, editing, and digitizing embroidery designs for custom products. You will be responsible for transforming design concepts into production-ready embroidery files, ensuring high-quality stitching and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and digitize embroidery designs according to client or brand requirements.
  • Prepare designs compatible with multi-head embroidery machines.
  • Ensure accurate stitch density, color placement, and thread path optimization.
  • Review samples and make necessary adjustments to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain and organize design files, threads, and machine settings.
  • Stay updated with new embroidery techniques, tools, and software updates.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Proficiency in Wilcom Embroidery Studio, Tajima DG/ML by Pulse, or Brother PE-Design.
  • Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop for design editing.
  • Understanding of different embroidery machine formats and file compatibility.
  • Strong sense of design, color, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with different fabric types and thread materials.

Common File Formats:

  • .EMB (Wilcom native file)
  • .DST (Tajima machine file)
  • .PES (Brother file)
  • .EXP, .JEF, .VP3, .HUS (other common embroidery formats)
  • .AI, .CDR, .PNG, .JPG (for artwork references)
