EMBROIDERY MACHINE OPERATOR

Good day, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for quality, the ability to operate commercial embroidery machines, and a commitment to delivering excellent work on time.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate measurements and create well-fitted garments

• Cut, stitch, and construct garments with high precision and craftsmanship

• Perform advanced alterations, fittings, and garment adjustments

• Ensure high-quality finishing and adherence to design specifications

• Guide and supervise junior tailors to maintain stitching and quality standards

• Coordinate with designers and production teams on samples and new designs

• Inspect garments during each production stage and correct defects promptly

• Maintain sewing machines, tools, and a clean work area

• Monitor tailoring materials, thread, buttons, zippers, and accessories inventory

• Report low stock levels and coordinate with production/admin for replenishment

Qualifications

• •Experience operating computerized embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, Barudan, SWF)

• Skilled in hooping, threading, color changes, and machine setup

• Ability to read embroidery files, designs, and production instructions

• Knowledge of fabrics, stabilizers, needles, and thread types

• Skilled in basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance

• Strong attention to detail to ensure clean, accurate stitching

• Ability to meet production targets and follow quality standards

• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team
