Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Barudan 6 and 1 head embroidery machines to produce intricate designs on garments and textiles, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Set up machines by loading fabrics, threading needles, and adjusting settings according to design specifications.
• Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed to maintain high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturing best practices.
• Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Document production data accurately, including run times, machine maintenance logs, and quality checks.

Requirements

• Prior experience with operating an embroidery machine is required
• Familiarity packing and shipping is important. Knowledge of Shopify shipping desirable.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes within a warehouse or production environment is advantageous.
• Ability to operate embroidery machines confidently, with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding inventory flow and equipment handling. Pay: $24.19 - $29.14 per hour
