WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator with experience in computer embroidery design. This role involves operating and maintaining commercial embroidery machines, creating and digitizing custom designs using embroidery software, and ensuring high-quality production for apparel and promotional products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain multi-head embroidery machines
- Prepare garments and materials for embroidery (hooping, stabilizing, threading, color changes).
- Load and run embroidery files, adjusting speed, tension, and thread as needed.
- Digitize and create embroidery designs using software (Wilcom is a plus)
- Edit and resize designs to fit customer specifications and garment types.
- Inspect products for quality assurance, ensuring accurate stitch counts, alignment, and finishing.
- Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, replacing needles, etc.).
- Organize and track embroidery orders to meet production deadlines.
- Collaborate with the design/production team to deliver accurate, on-brand results.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience operating commercial embroidery machines is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of embroidery digitizing and design software.
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot embroidery issues (thread breaks, misalignment, etc.).
- Ability to read, interpret, and adjust embroidery files.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.

- Position Type: Part-Time WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED. We may have a full time option available
- Location: Kodak, TN
- Pay: 15-25 based on experience
- Schedule: Friday-Sunday 8-5
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Base Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 27 per week
