Embroidery Machine Operator & Designer

Good day, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator & Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating embroidery machines, creating designs, and ensuring high-quality production of embroidered garments and materials. Candidates with experience in computerized embroidery machines and design software are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate computerized embroidery machines efficiently and safely
• Create, edit, and prepare embroidery designs using design software
• Set up machines, threads, fabrics, and materials for production
• Monitor production quality and make adjustments when needed
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Follow design specifications, measurements, and production schedules
• Ensure timely completion of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an embroidery machine operator or designer
• Knowledge of embroidery software (Wilcom, Tajima, or similar programs)
• Ability to handle multiple designs and production tasks
• Good attention to detail and quality control
• Basic machine maintenance knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent
