About the role
The embroidery operator accurately decorates items in adherence to Brand Junkie quality standards while maintaining consistent production goals.
What you'll do

Operates embroidery machinery following all safety protocols.

Reviews all paperwork to accurately decorate items – any decoration/paperwork questions should be addressed with supervisor prior to starting an order.

Adjusts thread colors, needles, and regulates machine settings to ensure quality standards are preserved.

Carefully hoop and position items on machine during decoration process to prevent damages.

Observes decoration process to detect defects in embroidery application indicating malfunction.

Communicates all machine malfunctions to supervisor. May repair defective embroidery left by machine only when approved by supervisor.

Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Complies with all company standards as outlined in employee handbook.
Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Prior experience operating embroidery machinery or working in a textile/garment production environment required.

Familiarity with embroidery techniques, thread types, and machine settings is a plus.

Ability to operate embroidery machinery safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols.

Capable of adjusting thread colors, needles, and machine settings to meet quality standards.

May perform minor repairs on defective embroidery with supervisor approval; maintains clean and organized work area.

Effectively communicates with supervisors regarding machine issues, decoration questions, or production concerns.
The pay range for this role is:
17 - 19 USD per hour(Cypress - Main Building)
