Duties

• Assist with garments and textiles for embroidery by organizing and inspecting materials
• Operate embroidery machines with precision, ensuring accurate stitching according to design specifications
• Support the setup and calibration of sewing machines used in embroidery production
• Conduct quality checks on finished embroidered items, identifying defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or production space
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Help with inventory management by tracking supplies, thread colors, and finished products

Skills

• Knowledge of garment construction processes and materials used in apparel manufacturing
• Experience operating sewing machines, especially embroidery or industrial sewing equipment
• Strong attention to detail for quality assurance
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and warehouse operations
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating organizational skills and safety awareness
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
