Embroidery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain sewing machines and embroidery equipment to produce intricate designs on garments and textiles
• Prepare fabrics and materials for embroidery, including setting up hooped items and selecting appropriate threads and needles
• Follow detailed design specifications, ensuring accurate placement, color matching, and stitch quality
• Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed to meet quality standards
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Assist in inventory management of embroidery supplies, including thread, fabric, and other materials

Qualifications

• Proven experience with garment construction and sewing techniques
• Proficiency in operating sewing machines and embroidery equipment
• Strong understanding of sewing processes within a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures related to material handling and inventory control
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
• Excellent attention to detail with an eye for precision in design execution
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
