Embryologist

Functional Responsibilities:

1- The main interface with commercial team for all business projects that need technical support.

2- Consultant and support for all Technology projects by analysis, evaluation, design, planning, implementation, testing, acceptance, documentation and launching.

• Manage and support in RFPs (Request for Proposal), SoC (Statement of compliance) and acceptance for the new solutions and projects.
• Manage BSS (Business Support System) by implementing marketing and sales requirements and assure reflecting in the reporting as per finance requirements, inventory management, number management, CRM frontend, CRM backend, billing, MNP, UVC, EVC, provisioning and lifecycle.
• Manage Integration with 3rd parties by planning, implementation, UAT, launching and handover to operation.
• Budget control and management.
• Assure availability of support 24/7 as a second level for business implemented on BSS, 3rd parties' services and in-house development solutions.
• Analysis, design and implementation regulation requirements.
• Manage and guide the resources of the department by supporting, coaching, motivating and improving team skills.
