- Employ conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations over the phone.
- Use GPS technology to provide precise locations for emergency responders.
- Understand and apply medical terminology when necessary to assist in medical emergencies.
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette while interacting with the public and emergency personnel.
- Negotiate effectively with callers when necessary to gather critical information or provide instructions.
