Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients presenting with a variety of urgent medical conditions
• Perform life-saving procedures and ensure rapid response to emergencies
• Coordinate care with nursing staff and specialists for comprehensive patient management
• Utilize diagnostic tools effectively to inform treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and interactions
• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and engage in continuous learning

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
• Completed residency in Emergency Medicine accredited by ACGME
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Current medical license in the relevant state
• Experience in emergency medical settings is highly desirable
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Capability to remain composed and effective during emergencies
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and holidays
