Role Overview

We are looking for an Emergency Medicine Physician to diagnose, treat, and manage patients presenting with acute medical conditions and trauma. This role requires expertise in emergency medicine, rapid decision-making, and evidence-based clinical practice. You will be responsible for ensuring that Dworgalicja LLC delivers world-class emergency care services to its patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care to patients with urgent and life-threatening conditions.
• Diagnose and treat trauma, cardiac emergencies, respiratory distress, and other acute illnesses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive emergency care.
• Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, resuscitation, and stabilization.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari healthcare regulations and international medical standards.
• Participate in emergency preparedness, training, and community health initiatives.
• Stay updated on advancements in emergency medicine and integrate best practices into patient care.
• Prepare reports and provide medical insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Emergency Medicine.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Qatar or eligible for licensing.
• 5–10 years of experience in emergency medicine, preferably in hospital or trauma center settings.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari healthcare regulations and international medical standards.
• Proven track record of managing complex emergency cases successfully.
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and patient care skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
