Premier Physician Services, LLC is seeking a committed and experienced Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a well-supported team at a busy community hospital near Newark, NJ. This full-time role offers clinical autonomy, consistent scheduling, and a collaborative environment.

Position Overview
• Annual ED Volume: 35,000 visits
• Emergency Department: 24/7 Emergency Services
• APP Shifts: 7AM 7PM, 10AM 10PM, 5PM-5AM; Weekends 8AM-8PM, 2PM-2AM
• EMR System: EPIC
• Contract Type: 1099 direct
• Malpractice Coverage: Provided, including tail
• Schedule Expectation: Minimum 6 shifts per month.
Candidate Requirements
• Active, unrestricted New Jersey NP or PA license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Medicine experience (Must be EM and NOT UC)
• Clean background and malpractice history
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and adaptability
