Emergency Medicine Specialist for Hospital in Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Medicine Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling acute and life-threatening conditions, with the ability to make rapid and accurate clinical decisions under pressure.

Position: Emergency Medicine Specialist

Location: Doha, Qatar

Qualifications:

• Medical degree with specialisation in Emergency Medicine (Board Certification or equivalent).
• Excellent decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a general hospital setting
• Local candidates preferred (with a valid QCHP license or eligibility)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of emergency cases.
• Manage resuscitation, stabilisation, and referral of critically ill patients.
• Lead emergency response teams in trauma, cardiac arrest, and other acute scenarios.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Train and supervise junior doctors, nurses, and paramedics in emergency protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to continuous quality improvement in emergency care services.
