Join our team at Rockbridge Area Community Services (RACS) as the Emergency Services Program Manager and play a critical role in providing 24/7 emergency psychiatric services to our community. Your leadership will help ensure that individuals in crisis receive compassionate, high-quality care when they need it most.
Position Overview
As the Emergency Services Program Manager, you will oversee the 24/7 Emergency Services Program and Rockbridge and Bath Region Crisis Intervention Team (RBR CIT) Assessment Site. You'll provide both clinical and administrative leadership, ensuring high-quality emergency psychiatric services for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises.
