About the Role:

The Emerging Technologies Lead collaborates in identifying, testing, and integrating technology and tools like AI, automation, and cloud solutions that can transform how we work and serve clients. This role exists to separate hype from real value, ensuring the firm invests in technologies that drive efficiency, scalability, and competitive advantage. By running pilots, building internal expertise, and aligning innovations with business strategy, this role supports the firm’s future readiness and impact in the market.

What You’ll Do

Design and lead proof-of-concepts and pilot programs that test new tools and demonstrate measurable business value.
Develop integration strategies that align new solutions with current systems and ensure scalability, security, and compliance.
Collaborate and influence across teams and leadership, translating technical concepts into clear business impact and guiding adoption decisions.
Help create and deliver workshops, training, and resources that strengthen internal knowledge and drive innovation readiness.
Oversee knowledge management through SharePoint by maintaining accurate resources, improving usability, and supporting employee adoption.

Things You’ve Done in the Past

Launched proof-of-concept pilots that validated new technologies, secured executive buy-in, and scaled into enterprise-wide solutions.
Created training and knowledge resources that improved employee adoption of new tools and raised overall productivity.
Designed and executed integration strategies that modernized legacy systems while maintaining security, compliance, and business continuity.
Contributed to the evaluation and adoption of AI or automation tools that streamlined workflows and reduced operational costs.
