Eminence Skincare Line Licensed Esthetician

Overview

We are seeking a licensed esthetician with more than 4 years of experience in esthetics.

MUST know dermaplaning

MUST be skilled and knowledgeable about Eminence skincare line.

MUST be skilled in massage and lymphatics of face. Please do not apply if you do not use massage in your facials. We are not looking for medical estheticians without facial massage abilities.

Please do not apply if you are not well versed in Eminence products.

Must be willing to market and gain their own clients in addition to those supplied by the office.

Compensation is 50/50 split commission per client. Tips are 100% to the esthetician. Commission on skincare products sold. All eminence products provided by the clinic.

MUST be willing to give references from prior two to three salons worked

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments..
• Demonstrate Eminence product knowledge through effective product demos to educate clients on skincare routines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and tools in compliance with health regulations.
• Upsell retail products to enhance client experiences and contribute to overall sales goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve service offerings.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong facial massage abilities.
• Ability to effectively upsell products while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Familiarity with retail sales strategies in the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A passion for beauty, skincare, and helping clients achieve their desired results.

Pay: $70.00 - $200.00 per hour
