Job Description:

We are seeking a customer-focused Emirati to support daily operations and ensure a smooth and professional service experience for all visitors. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers at the service centre.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of service logs and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure the reception and service area is tidy and welcoming at all times.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Note: This opportunity is open exclusively to UAE Nationals as part of our Emiratization initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
