You will manage our front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You will handle various administrative support tasks and ensure a positive and professional experience for anyone entering the premises.


Essential Functions

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors in person or via phone/email.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Maintain visitor logs and security procedures when applicable.
  • Coordinate with office and facilities teams for supplies and maintenance needs.
