Job Description:
ᴧ Keep the front desk tidy, presentable with all necessary material & observing professional etiquette.
ᴧ Greeting, welcoming, and assisting visitors/guests in a friendly & professional manner
ᴧ Answer all incoming calls as well as screening & redirecting them or keep messages.
ᴧ Handling basic inquiries, answering questions & addressing complaints
ᴧ Check, sort & forward emails accordingly specifically with regards to product & service matter must be forwarded to the concerned Bayara team or department.
ᴧ Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
ᴧ Prepare outgoing mail/courier on the same day that requested by drafting correspondence, securing parcels & filling up the AWB tracking form.
ᴧ Monitor office supplies, water, groceries, coffee & tea & place orders when necessary.
ᴧ Monitor expenses & costs.
ᴧ Submit all invoices to accounts on the same day that we receive the invoices & all other supporting documents (quote, proof, original delivery note & invoices)
ᴧ Keep updated records & files.
ᴧ Performing administrative tasks (binding, scanning, laminating etc.)
ᴧ Update calendars, schedule meetings & allocate meeting rooms (7 meeting rooms) & coordinate with approx. 50 staff.
ᴧ Make sure that the meeting rooms are well equipped (pencil, pen, pads, projector, products display etc.)
ᴧ Any Other Duties arranged by the mgt.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
