Emirati Sales Operations Assistant - Ajman

  • Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Emirati Sales Operations Assistant to support the sales team with day-to-day processes, reporting, and coordination tasks. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Support order processing, client follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Coordinate between sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and track sales activities.
  • Help organize internal sales meetings and client presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic sales environment.

Note: This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals as part of our Emiratization program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
