Establish and manage relationships with government departments and ministries to facilitate transactions related to work permits, residency and National ID/Emirates ID.
Work with senior leadership and HR to implement the company's Emiratisation strategy and ensure compliance with government regulations and statutory requirements.
Partner with government entities, universities and talent networks to identify, attract and recruit qualified Emirati candidates for relevant roles.
Act as the company's point of contact for Emiratisation matters, build strong relationships with public officials and represent the company at career fairs and workshops.
Collaborate with internal teams to support the development and implementation of Emiratisation programs, such as training, onboarding and career growth initiatives for Emirati employees.
Monitor progress against Emiratisation targets and provide regular reports to stakeholders on key performance indicators.
Skills
Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and national workforce initiatives, particularly those related to Emiratisation.
Proven Experience in government relations, with a strong preference for experience dealing with entities like Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and Immigration.
Excellent Communication and relationship building skills to interact with government bodies and universities.
Ability to influence senior management and drive strategic change.
Experience in strategic HR, talent management or Emiratisation is highly desirable.
