We are Hiring an Emiratization Manager - Emirati National to join our team.

An Emiratization Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase the number of UAE Nationals in a company's workforce through recruitment, development, and retention programs. This role involves collaborating with government bodies and senior leadership to meet nationalization targets, managing talent sourcing and hiring campaigns, and overseeing training and development initiatives for Emirati employees. Key responsibilities.

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and execute a company-wide Emiratization strategy aligned with national objectives and organizational goals.
  • Talent acquisition: Source, attract, and hire Emirati talent through various channels, including building relationships with universities and placement agencies.
  • Talent development: Implement and manage development programs, internships, and training initiatives to support the professional growth of Emirati employees.
  • Stakeholder management: Partner with government bodies, HR, and senior leadership to set and achieve nationalization targets.
  • Reporting and analysis: Track sourcing metrics, analyze data, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders on hiring effectiveness and progress towards goals.
  • Market outreach: Represent the organization at career fairs and industry events to enhance its visibility as an employer for UAE Nationals.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's degree, in a relevant field like Human Resources or Business.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3-8 years in a leadership or strategic role related to nationalization programs.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, often with proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in talent sourcing, program development, and HR analytics.
