We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist our clients with their employee benefits needs. As a Customer Service Representative at Sailer Benefit, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.

In this role, you will:
· Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries related to employee benefits
Provide excellent customer service to clients, brokers, and carriers
Assist clients with navigating online portals and resources
Educate clients on plan options and benefit details
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to claims, billing, and coverage
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
