We have a great opportunity for an Experienced Benefits Account Manager to work on-site in Woodland Hills, CA (Warner Center). We believe the best collaboration happens face-to-face. What you’ll be doing:

In this client-facing role, you’ll build strong relationships while delivering exceptional service. By navigating carrier portals, resources, and various online tools, you’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, supporting renewals, enrollments, and ongoing client needs.


What you need to succeed:

Success in this role begins with excellent communication (written and verbal) and a sharp eye for detail. You’ll need strong organizational skills, the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. A collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude are key, along with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and teammates alike.


This position requires:

  • Active California Life, Accident & Health license (required)
  • Experience with Ease and Employee Navigator (required)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and navigating carrier portals
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • A proactive mindset and pride in delivering excellent work
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate
  • 2-3 years of employee benefits experience (agency or carrier) preferred
