Role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Benefits Account Manager, based in the Rock Hill, SC area with work-from-home flexibility. The Benefits Account Manager will nurture day-to-day client relationships, deliver exceptional consultative service, and provide strategic guidance on employee benefits programs for both prospective and existing clients.

Ideal Candidate
WHAT
The Benefits Account Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our clients receive proactive, strategic benefits support. This is not a day-to-day transactional service role—it is focused on marketing benefit programs, negotiating renewals, and delivering a polished, professional experience from start to finish.
You will work closely with Producers to manage both new and renewal business, lead strategic benefits discussions, and participate in client-facing meetings throughout the year. Your ability to anticipate client needs, collaborate internally, and bring forward thoughtful solutions will be essential.
We are seeking someone with the experience and confidence to step in quickly, fill critical gaps, and support the continued growth and retention of our benefits book. The ideal candidate brings deep employee benefits knowledge, strong technical skills, and a mindset focused on improvement—without ever losing sight of the client relationship.
