- Strategy and alignment: Develop and implement a comprehensive employee development strategy that supports the company's business objectives.
- Program design and delivery: Create, develop, and deliver learning programs through various methods, such as in-person training, virtual sessions, and e-learning.
- Needs assessment: Partner with leaders and managers to identify individual and team skill gaps and training needs.
- Leadership and talent development: Oversee leadership programs and other talent development initiatives to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Performance management: Design and implement methods to assess and enhance employee performance.
- Measurement and evaluation: Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of development programs and report on results to stakeholders.
- Vendor management: Collaborate with and negotiate with external vendors for specialized training solutions.
- Culture: Foster a culture of continuous learning and provide guidance to managers on people management and development.
