We are currently looking for an "Employee Experience and Internal Communications Assistant Specialist" to join our Human Resources Department who possesses the following qualifications;

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field.
• Highly motivated to take part in corporate organizational processes.
• Strong copywriting skills for internal announcements and communications.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Passion for following and implementing AI tools in workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• A proactive team player who is open to innovation.
• Strong communication skills with an analytical, careful, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Completed military service for male candidates.

Job Description

• Preparing and developing the internal corporate magazine.
• Organizing internal events and managing relationships with partner agencies.
• Creating personalized development paths and content suggestions based on employees' career goals and competencies.
• Facilitating surveys such as Employee Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, and Policy Approvals.
• Preparing periodic reports for management.
• Developing, implementing, and tracking internal certification programs for employees.
