We are looking for dynamic, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative, passionate, and self-motivated Employee Experience Manager for our project in Develi.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Lead the site-wide employer-branding program across the employee lifecycle (attraction → onboarding → development → retention); align messaging and initiatives with Corporate EXM.

Promote an inclusive, recognition-rich culture that supports safety, quality, and operational reliability.

Design, implement, and track Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees, coach managers on quality and follow-up.

Run annual/biannual talent reviews; maintain succession plans and readiness for key/critical positions.

Launch career-pathing and career-interview routines for white-collar staff; coordinate rotations to broaden capability.

Own site engagement forums: town halls, pulse surveys, action planning, recognition calendar, employee events.

Operate clear communication channels (e.g., employee help desk, suggestion systems) and partner with Corporate Communications for consistent messaging.

Coordinate hard- and soft-skills learning with the Training Manager and HSE.

Build mentoring/coaching programs to strengthen the leadership pipeline and critical skills.

Translate insights into prioritized actions; refine policies and employee-facing processes based on data and feedback.

Define and track KPIs (e.g., engagement score uplift, IDP completion %, successor coverage for key roles, time-to-productivity).

Support compliance with labor and social security legislation; partner with HSE and the Training Manager on safety-culture initiatives.

Manage external vendors (training providers, consultants) and maintain relationships with universities and relevant government bodies.

Steward budgets for people initiatives, ensuring strategic spending and measurable returns.
About You
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

5–10+ years’ relevant HR experience (preferably 10+) with proven results in engagement/development; mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry strongly preferred.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills; confident facilitator of town halls, training, and workshops.

Strong planning, prioritization, and project-management skills; able to execute multiple programs concurrently.

Proficient in MS Office; familiar with HRIS/ERP and survey/analytics tools.

Sound understanding of industrial relations and site-based operations; safety and quality mindset.

Self-disciplined, proactive, collaborative; continuous improvement orientation.

Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Living in or willing to relocate to Develi, Kayseri.
