Pro Action is accepting applications for an Employee Relations Coordinator. The Employee Relations Coordinator plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture by managing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and workforce development.
In this role, you will support hiring and onboarding processes, assist with performance management, and maintain positive employee relations. You will ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies while facilitating conflict resolution and contributing to innovative HR practices.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational management or a related field. Strong critical thinking, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems are essential. Experience in conflict resolution, attention to detail, and a compliance-focused mindset are highly valued.
The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license, meeting agency standards per position and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
