Role Overview
Responsible for managing employee relations, grievance handling, labor law compliance, and employee engagement initiatives across plant and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
First point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Conduct engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.
Investigate and resolve complaints; maintain case documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Support disciplinary actions, inquiries, and documentation.
Coordinate with unions (if applicable) and assist in negotiations.
Oversee employee welfare programs and retention initiatives.
Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding smoothly.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Labor Law, or related field.
2–4 years’ experience in HR/Employee Relations (FMCG/manufacturing preferred).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and grievance handling.
Skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Integrity, empathy, and conflict-resolution ability.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
