Employee Relations Manager, Human Resources

Join our dynamic team as an Employee Relations Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace environment. Duties

  • Lead the development and execution of employee relations strategies that align with organizational objectives and foster a positive work environment.
  • Administer and process semi-monthly payroll through ADP, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with wage and hour laws.
  • Serve as primary contact for payroll-related inquiries.
  • Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, bonuses, commissions, benefit contributions, and all related reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage retirement plan and flexible spending account contributions and reporting with TASC and Voya
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employment law, conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace conduct issues.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels between staff and leadership.
  • Manage all onboarding and offboarding processes and procedures.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Employee Relations and Performance Manngement.
  • Ensure compliance and with federal and state employment laws.
  • Lead change management initiatives by analyzing data trends, conducting data collection and analysis for process improvements, and presenting findings to senior leadership.
  • Skills
  • Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and HR compliance standards.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts effectively while maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting, onboarding, employee orientation, and HR sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion while demonstrating strong conflict management capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in change management processes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with contracts negotiation related to employment agreements or vendor partnerships within the HR domain.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
