We are seeking an experienced
Employee Relations Manager
to lead employee relations matters and ensure full compliance with
Qatar Labor Law
. The role will support a fair, consistent, and compliant employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution

Advise management and HR teams on matters related to
Qatar Labor Law
and employment regulations

Lead disciplinary processes and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures

Handle employee misconduct, performance issues, and workplace concerns in line with legal requirements

Support the resolution of labor disputes and coordinate with legal counsel where required
-
Develop, review, and implement employee relations policies and internal guidelines
-
Maintain accurate documentation and records for employee relations cases
Requirements

Proven experience in employee relations or HR, with a strong ER focus

Solid knowledge of
Qatar Labor Law
and local employment regulations

Experience managing complex employee relations cases

Strong judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills
-
Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
Preferred

Experience in large organizations, semi-government, or regulated environments

Arabic and English proficiency
