UnityPoint Health is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide day-to-day support and consultation on employee relations matters. Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive guidance to leaders and respond to team member inquiries.

Ensure timely and compliant handling of grievances, discipline, and policy interpretation.

Conduct and document employee relations investigations in partnership with HR and Legal.

Recognize patterns, anticipate issues, and recommend solutions to improve workplace climate.

Support conflict resolution, coaching, and disciplinary documentation.

Monitor trends and escalate concerns to HR Business Partners and DEI teams.

Assist with ADA interactive processes, employee health compliance, and fit-for-duty conversations.

Participate in training, policy communication, and retention initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field required.
Experience:
-
3+ years’ experience of Employee Relations experience required, including conducting investigations required.
