The Employee Service Assistant is primarily responsible for providing a wide range of clerical support for the Employee Service Department. Directly providing support to the Scheduling, Staffing & Development Director, Administrator, and other Staffing & Development Department employees as needed. Responsible for covering the Employee Service call desk by providing employee service and directing callers to the appropriate Employee Service team member.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Assists with Client Care employee recruitment activities
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Assists in monitoring employee compliance with Company requirements
  • Provide clerical support services
  • Promotes positive relations with employees

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent * 6 months clerical experience within last two years

  • Good communication skills
  • Criminal Background Clearance
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to consistently conform to Company work schedules
