Employee Shuttle Driver - Part Time

EMPLOYEE SHUTTLE DRIVER

Executive Transportation is seeking Professional Drivers to join our team. This role will be responsible for safely transporting employees across a large campus ensuring smooth travel from parking lots to office buildings. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide an essential service that keeps operations running efficiently while creating a welcoming start to finish to each employee's workday.

QUALIFICTIONS

  • Must be at least 25 years or older (Insurance Requirement).
  • Clean Driving Record.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Pass DOT Drug Screen.
  • Pass Background Check.
  • Pass DOT Physical.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Driving Experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Safely transport client employees from designated parking areas to their office buildings.
  • Ensure the safety of all passengers and their belongings throughout the journey.
  • Provide any necessary assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs.
  • Perform Pre & Post Trip Inspections. Ensure vehicle is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate person/s.
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to passengers. Answer questions, provide information and address any concerns or complaints.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with passengers, colleagues and supervisors. Keep passengers informed of any changes to the schedule or route.
  • Follow assigned schedules and routes to pick up and drop off clients promptly. Notify dispatch of any delays or changes in schedule.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the client's parking areas and office buildings. Navigate efficiently, avoiding traffic congestion if possible.
  • Keep the van clean and presentable at all times. Ensure the interior is free of trash and debris.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Uphold standards of professionalism and integrity while representing the shuttle service.

SCHEDULE

  • Part-Time.
  • Monday - Friday: 4:00am to 9:30am (report time would be 3:15am).
  • Monday - Friday: 4:00pm to 8:00pm (report time would be 3:00pm).
  • All shifts start and end at Executive Transportation's office in Newport, KY.

SALARY

  • $20.00/Hr.
  • Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly

DRESS CODE

  • Dress pants w/ a button down shirt and tie.
  • Clean shoes.
  • No gym shoes.
  • No jeans.

OTHER OPPORTUNITIES

Additional driving opportunities available through our Black Car / SUV Service. This role offers commission based pay determined by mileage and requires a professional dress code that includes a suit jacket, dress pants, button-up shirt and tie.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
