We are seeking a strategic and creative Employer Branding Specialist to develop and execute employer brand initiatives that attract, engage, and retain top talent. The successful candidate will partner with Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, and Marketing to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice across target talent markets and touchpoints.
This role will lead employer brand storytelling, manage candidate and employee experience programs, oversee content and social media related to talent marketing, and measure impact to continuously improve attraction and engagement outcomes.
Define and maintain a clear employer value proposition (EVP) that aligns with company mission, culture, and business objectives.
Develop and execute multi-channel employer branding strategies to reach priority talent segments and build long-term talent pipelines.
Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to inform positioning, messaging, and program priorities.
Create compelling employer brand content, including employee stories, videos, blog posts, social media copy, and recruitment marketing assets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and employees to surface authentic narratives that showcase culture, career paths, and impact.
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice and visual standards across candidate-facing channels.
Own employer brand presence on social platforms, careers pages, job boards, and review sites; optimize content for engagement and conversion.
Work with Marketing and external agencies to run paid and organic campaigns that drive awareness and candidate flow.
Monitor and respond to employer brand signals (e.g., reviews, comments) to protect and strengthen reputation.
Design and improve candidate and onboarding experiences to reflect brand values and increase acceptance and retention rates.
Partner with People & Culture and Talent Acquisition to implement employee ambassador programs, internal communications, and recognition initiatives.
Coordinate employer brand events, campus engagement, and recruitment marketing activations to build relationships with talent communities.
Develop metrics and reporting to measure employer brand performance (e.g., awareness, engagement, candidate quality, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, retention).
Use data and feedback to iterate on campaigns and programs, demonstrating ROI and recommending prioritization of initiatives.
Maintain documentation of employer brand guidelines, toolkits, and best practices for internal use.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent brand, or related marketing/communications roles.
Proven experience creating content and managing social media or digital campaigns that drive candidate engagement.
Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content production skills; familiarity with basic video and design production workflows.
Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to guide strategy and measure program effectiveness.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, able to work cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and business leaders.
Proficiency with content management systems, social media platforms, analytics tools, and common productivity software.
Experience in employer brand roles within medium to large organizations or in industries relevant to our business.
Background in creative production, digital marketing, or PR with experience managing external agencies or vendors.
Familiarity with employer review platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, Indeed) and employer brand measurement frameworks.
Certifications or coursework in employer branding, digital marketing, or analytics are a plus.
Full-time position with a hybrid onsite/remote model; occasional travel and extended hours may be required to support events and campaigns.
