Job Description:
- The Employee Relations Specialist reports to the Employee Relations Director and serves as a key liaison between management and employees, focusing on maintaining positive workplace relationships, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- This role involves providing performance management, providing guidance on HR matters, and fostering a productive work environment.
- Maintain detailed records of all employee relations activities
- Document investigations and disciplinary actions accurately
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in employee relations, HR, or similar role
- Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, Title VII, etc.)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
