We provide recruitment coordination, workforce solutions, documentation readiness guidance, and placement support across multiple industries, including agriculture, hospitality, office administration, healthcare, and skilled trades.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced staffing professional to help strengthen our operational foundation, expand employer partnerships, and position our agency for future growth in healthcare staffing and industrial/skilled trades recruitment.
About the Role
We need someone who has been in the trenches of the staffing industry—someone who understands how staffing agencies generate revenue, structure contracts, attract employer clients, maintain compliance, and scale operations.
This is a strategic role for a self-starter who can help build systems, develop business opportunities, and establish best practices that support long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement competitive fee structures and pricing models for staffing services
- Develop and manage client service agreements, placement contracts, and candidate documentation processes
- Identify, prospect, and onboard employer clients across multiple industries
- Build and oversee candidate compliance systems, including onboarding, eligibility verification, background screening, and documentation tracking
- Advise leadership on staffing operations, workflows, ATS systems, and back-office processes
- Develop scalable procedures to support future healthcare and skilled trades staffing divisions
- Monitor industry trends and recommend growth strategies
- Support workforce coordination and communication between employers and candidates
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in staffing, recruiting, employment agency operations, or workforce solutions
- Strong understanding of staffing fee structures, markups, direct hire placements, temp staffing, and contract staffing
- Proven business development experience with a track record of acquiring employer clients
- Experience managing candidate onboarding and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, I-9 verification, and background screening processes
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to create processes and systems in a growing organization
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare staffing, credentialing, and licensing verification
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, skilled trades, or workforce staffing
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and staffing software
- Experience with temporary, contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements
- Existing network of employer contacts is a plus
Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated staffing industry success.
Performance bonuses and business development incentives may be available for candidates who successfully secure employer accounts and generate revenue growth.
